IO Interactive Offers To Upgrade All Hitman 3 Versions After Rocky Steam Launch

Following Hitman 3’s rough launch on Steam, IO Interactive has announced that all purchases of the game on the platform will receive a free upgrade to a better edition.

Hitman 3 received excellent reviews upon its initial release last year, but some fans weren’t particularly happy with IO Interactive’s choice to keep the PC version of the game exclusive to Epic Games Store for one year. When it was finally released on Steam last week at full price, many took it as an opportunity to formally express their discontent about not receiving any sort of launch discount by giving the game poor reviews.

In addition to fans’ frustrations with the one-year exclusivity deal and launch price, Hitman 3’s Steam debut came with a host of technical issues, too. Most notably, many players have dealt with server connectivity problems and random crashes.

As a response to these issues, IO Interactive has issued a statement agreeing to upgrade all…

James Gunn Is Currently "Developing" Another DC Project

Screenwriter and director James Gunn (Suicide Squad, Guardians of the Galaxy) is currently working on another DC Comics project for TV or film, according to the man himself. Due to the magic of Twitter, Gunn’s announcement of his six-year wedding anniversary to actor Jennifer Holland (Peacemaker) turned into a stray fan question yielding this confirmation.

Gunn didn’t share any details on what the DC property is, nor its destination. But it is also confirmation of something we also technically already knew–that Gunn is supremely busy. The Peacemaker series, expected to hit HBO Max in January 2022 is due out next from him–in addition to a Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, and all this after The Suicide Squad came out this past summer.

Like A Dragon- Infinite Wealth Review – The Things Money Can't Buy

On paper, Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth has everything I could possibly ask for in a game from RGG Studio: Kasuga Ichiban from the 2020 RPG Yakuza: Like A Dragon co-leading with series legend Kazuma Kiryu–two characters I love dearly fighting alongside one of the most memorable supporting casts in recent years. It’s the best of both Yakuza worlds coming together for a story about life, legacy, and the daunting realities of the world we live in–but, more than anything, atonement and the various forms it can take. It also comes with greatly improved RPG systems that nail the tactical joy of turn-based combat while upholding Yakuza’s identity in remarkable ways. And in splitting its time in Hawaii with Yokohama, you get two robust and detailed locations to explore new and old ideas through the biggest suite of side activities the series has had thus far.

For all its comedic absurdity and optional diversions, Infinite Wealth brings its heavier themes into fo…

Life Is Strange- True Colors Coming September 10, Focuses On The Power Of Emotions

Publisher Square Enix has revealed Life Is Strange: True Colors, the next game in its supernatural-focused, choice-driven series, will launch on September 10 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, PC, and Stadia. The game is being developed by Deck Nine.

If patterns are anything to go by, True Colors is likely not a new mainline entry for Life Is Strange. It’s probably more like Before The Storm, also developed by Deck Nine and released in between Dontnod Entertainment’s Life Is Strange and Life Is Strange 2. Game director Zak Garriss said that True Colors began development in 2017, so Deck Nine has been working on it since the release of Before The Storm.

Live A Live Muramasa Blade – Path Of Shuttered Lanterns Guide

The Twilight of Edo Japan chapter of Live A Live is the most open-ended one of the bunch. While some of them push you along in a fairly linear fashion, Twilight of Edo Japan drops you off at the front door of Ode Castle and leaves it to you to find your way and accomplish your objectives. It’s no surprise that there are a few secrets in this chapter, but one of the most obtuse tricks leads to the most prized piece of equipment… and the most vicious boss. Here’s a guide to help you through the Twilight of Edo Japan chapter, including where to find the Muramasa blade and the Bloodthirsty Samurai.

The Path of Shuttered Lanterns

Depending on which route you take to the castle, you might come across the Path of Shuttered Lanterns on your own. If you climb to the roof of the residential building, you’ll be able to run across the area’s outer fortifications. You’ll eventually come across a tree, which you can climb down. Once back on th…
